As I go through the journey of “Momma” with my two precious kiddles, Grace (5) and Rose (3), I am finding that there are creative ways to get them interested in not only eating, but making food.
Everytime I get ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I am finding one, if not both, of my lovely daughters ready and willing to help Momma. And although this does slow down the process of preparing something for their tummies, I have to admit that I am loving that they are interested in cooking and baking too. It takes me back to memories of baking and cooking with my mother and grandmother. Such good memories.
So here is the beginning of my collection of dishes that are not only kid friendly, but should encourage them to participate in the process of creating their food aswell.
